Funnel teardown first

We didn't touch ad spend until we'd mapped every step of the funnel. The biggest leak: PDPs were serving the same recommendation widget to every visitor — returning customers, first-timers, and high-intent retargeting traffic all saw the same 'frequently bought together' carousel.

Rebuilt email lifecycle

We rebuilt the abandoned cart, browse abandonment, and post-purchase flows in Klaviyo. Subject lines were AI-generated per segment, send time was personalized per subscriber, and content blocks adapted to RFM tier.
