Session replay diagnostic

We watched 200+ session replays. Three friction points dominated: a confusing PDP variant selector, a checkout that asked for too much information upfront, and an unclear shipping cost policy that surprised people at the last step.

Six A/B tests in 90 days

We ran simultaneous tests on PDP layout, checkout flow, and shipping transparency. Five of six tests produced statistically significant wins. We shipped winners immediately and documented losers for the next round.

Server-side tracking rebuild

iOS attribution had been broken since 2023. We installed CAPI for Meta and enhanced conversions for Google. ROAS reporting jumped within two weeks — not because performance changed, but because we could finally see what was actually working.
